Ants

Ant treatment and control will depend on species. The best forms of treatment come in gel and liquid forms. We use ant stations and granules for colony control.

There are many different species of ants in NSW. These species pose the biggest problem in our area.

• Common Black House Ant
  Most commonly found and complained about ants.
  

• Small Eastern Brown Ant
  Very small but often excavates large amounts of dirt around houses.
  

• Green Ant
  Has small nests but packs a painful bite!
  

• Carpenter Ant
  Larger ants that nest in wood, chewing through it with their mandibles, unlike termites, they don’t consume the wood but leave behind a sawdust like texture.
